Our Products
Throughout our abundant harvest season, we pick a variety of fruits and vegetables at the peak of their ripeness to create into delicious and wholesome products in our certified organic processing facility. Sought after at our market stands, we also distribute these products to local and regional natural food stores and coops.
To prepare our dried fruits, we slice, dry and package them in our commercial kitchen. We offer an assortment of fruits including apples, Asian pears, figs, prunes, and tomatoes. We also make raisins from our sweetest varieties of grapes.
For our dried fruit rolls, we cook and mill apples along with other fruits to create many great tasting flavors. These include blackberry, cherry, raspberry and strawberry.
We make our fermented products using techniques that are thousands of years old. Fresh vegetables are chopped and mixed with high-mineral sea salt and remain uncooked. They are then carefully fermented in ceramic crocks for several days. The result is a delicious live food which is rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and beneficial micro-organisms.
